Daniel's sister Autumn and her family arrived Friday night to spend the weekend with us. We stayed home and grilled on Friday night. This was great because it gave us time to catch up with Dan, Autumn and Elijah who had spent a week a Disney World. Not to mention it's been over a year since we had seen Dan, thanks to him helping to keep us safe!
Two cousins, happy to see one another again!
On Saturday everyone joined us for Noah's first swimming lesson and then later in the afternoon we ventured to Tellus Science Musuem. This is a great, fairly new museum not too far from us. Later, we stopped to get some boiled peanuts and fried pies. They were good, but nothing like the ones we get in North Georgia every year. Next, there was a stop at the mall and to grab some dinner before we ventured to play putt-putt in the ridiciously HOT and HUMID weather we've been experiencing! Putt-Putt was great, but we'll have to wait until Autumn returns home and updates her blog to see the pictures because we left our camera in the car. Let's just say Noah is one intense golfer! Not sure who won, last I heard Elijah was tallying the numbers. I'm sure he will work it in his favor!
