Daniel and I are in Las Vegas for a long weekend trip with our friends Grady and Kecia. We are celebrating each of our ten year wedding anniversaries. We're having a great time, but Kecia and I decided this morning that a vacation does not need to include as much walking as we've done. Yesterday, I think we walked about a hundred miles, not to mention that it was about 100 degrees here.
Today shall be better in the walking category because we've rented a car. No, we're not that lazy we're going to the Hoover Dam. Hopefully, I will be able to convince the rest of the gang to stop for a little outlet shopping.
This is the longest we've left Noah, but reports are he's enjoying himself at Camp Papa and Baba's (Daniel's parents). He's played outside almost the entire time. He was mad this morning because he couldn't go out due to a rain shower. Truthfully, I was very unsure about leaving him but on all accounts we needed a vacation and he's in good hands.
