Around here we all know Fall is on its way when it's time for Sharonfest! Sharonfest usually happens the Saturday before our good friend Sharon's birthday. For many years, she's had a party at her house during the afternoon and then early evening everyone packs up and heads to the North Georgia State Fair. Now that we've lived here for several years it has become our tradition as well. Since our birthdays are only two days apart, Sharon has incorporated my birthday into the festivies as well!

This year Daniel and I were excited because Noah was going to get to go to the fair for the very first time...Wohoo! We planned the day carefully, scheduling Noah's naps so that he would be able to enjoy the fair at its best. Noah was a trooper and enjoyed the fair almost as much as we did. We're positive he'll enjoy it more when he can eat corn dogs, cotton candy, funnel cakes, fried oreos, boiled peanuts and maybe even a turkey leg!
