Holy Moly! The weather has been so hot and humid here for the past few weeks we decided it would be best to wait to carve out pumpkins so that they didn't rot and cave in before the big day.
Daddy and I started cleaning the guts out while the boy napped. Once the boy was awake, we soon learned that knives and two-year-olds aren't a good mix. Mommy decided to bring out the paint and let the boy paint his small pumpkins. This was a huge hit. He sat and painted for a long while.
In the meantime, Daddy finsihed the two big pumpkins.
