New Playhouse

Noah has lots of toys, as most children do, so for his birthday when friends and family asked what to get him we said he doesn't need anything. That wasn't a good answer. We told everyone they could give Noah money and we would put it in his college savings fund or that we would use it to buy him a playhouse when the weather turned warmer.

Being the frugal person I am, I began to search for a used playhouse. I found one, but the lady lived way up in Buford, which was too far to drive to get a playhouse. I finally gave up trying to save a few bucks and we bought Noah a new playhouse. It's called the Neat & Tidy Playhouse.

After three days of pretty much nonstop rain, we decided to go ahead and go pick up the playhouse. On Sunday morning, being the great daddy that he is, Daniel went to pick up the playhouse. But since we don't own a truck the process is a bit more tedious. He drove to Sharon and Lisa's, got their truck, went and got the playhouse, brought it home, took the truck back and then came home. Since it was still raining, we set up the playhouse in our living room. Noah loves it!

The rain has since stopped and the playhouse has a temporary home on our deck. We will move it to the yard, but we have to figure out where exactly we want it.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to Noah's playhouse fund!
